I would highly recommend taking no less than the 30 minute Tango Tour (…) This tour gave us a great lower level view of Big Bear Lake, the Holcomb Valley and we could see the Lucerne Valley too. We turned back over the airport and then over Snow Summit and then down into the valley creek bed at the West end of Big Bear dam. We had a great view of the hidden waterfall and then a low level cruise back to runway 26. (…)

Extensive Breathtaking Views of Big Bear In 30 Minutes
Join us on Tour Tango for two trips across Big Bear Lake including an epic steep climb to the top of Butler Peak, with panoramic views into the historic and beautiful Holcomb Valley and more! Your course continues along a ridge line offering breathtaking views to the right of the entire Big Bear Lake and vistas to the left of the Santa Ana Canyon and San Gorgonio Peak. We’ll then head to Bear Creek Canyon with the towering canyon peaks and a hidden waterfall below. Later you fly to Big Bear Lake Dam and the Highway 18 Bridge which spans across the mouth of the Bear Creek Canyon. We’re not done yet as to get back to base, we’ll have to take a second flight over Big Bear Lake along the south shore featuring marinas, bays, beaches, and popular lodges. It’s a real ride to remember!

What to bring
We recommend clothing that is casual and comfortable and that you bring a jacket or sweater with you. The only restriction is high-heeled shoes which can make it difficult to get in and out of the aircraft. Bring a camera to snap lasting memories!
